Palm Beach Sex Therapy
We aim to provide specialized, state-of-the-art, high quality clinical care to individuals and couples who suffer from sexual or relationship problems. Therapists at the Center have many years of specialized training and experience in working with these problems. The Center provides consultation, evaluation, individual, couples and group treatment for these problems.
The sexual problems routinely treated at the Center consist of difficulties with sexual desire, arousal, erection, ejaculation (premature and delayed), orgasm (infrequent or absent) and genital pain. We also see men and women who struggle with sexual orientation, paraphilia and socially problematic sexual interests and behaviors.
Relationship problems commonly brought to the Center include the inability to constructively resolve differences of opinion, failing to find new solutions to long-standing repetitive arguments, falling out of love, power struggles, concerns with beginning a new relationship, coping with affairs and coming to terms with separation and divorce.
The staff regularly collaborates with urologists, family doctors, obstetricians-gynecologists and internists to ensure care of their depressed and anxious patients. We also work with physicians to help patients manage the psychological and physical effects of illness, medication and surgery.
Drs. Althof and Needle do NOT participate in any insurance plans in the State of Florida. However, the Center will provide you with an insurance form (HICVA) to submit to your insurance company for "out of network" benefits. Prior to your first visit, we strongly urge you to determine what benefits might be available to you.

Dr. Needle's fee for evaluation is $190 per visit for ongoing psychotherapy payable at the time of the visit.
Special payment arrangements may occasionally be made with individual therapists. The Center does NOT accept credit cards. If you have any questions about these arrangements, please discuss them with your therapist.
