Dr. Althof has served as the Principal Investigator in over 50 clinical trials. His research focuses on pharmacological treatments for erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation and, female desire and arousal problems. Additionally, Dr. Althof develops questionnaires (patient reported outcome measures) for these sexual problems. Any trial conducted by Dr. Althof is approved by an Institutional Review Board to protect subject's welfare and insure that the trials are ethically and properly conducted. Qualified subjects may receive compensation for their participation in these trials.
